VacancyList™ database

It is now possible for landlords to post listings and photos into the database and for tenants or possible future tenants to search using several criteria, including minimum number of bedrooms and maximum rent. For those with internet access, this will eliminate telephone calls, fax, mail, and/or trips to the EMRHA office. Additionally, it makes the listings easily accessible from anywhere in the world.

Search Our Vacancy List

Only listings that are posted through the special form available only to EMRHA members will appear in the printed version of the vacancy list that is available for pickup at the office and provided to numerous area housing associations. Members must log-in to the Members-Only area to use this form.
Listings posted on the regular VacancyList.net web site will not be included in the printed list.

Eviction Search

Members also have access to the eviction list. Members can view eviction records for all of St. Clair County since 1988!

Instant Credit Reports

NEW for 2003! Instant credit reports from via the Internet. Members can now obtain instant credit reports 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
