It is now possible for landlords to post listings and photos into the database and for tenants or possible future tenants to search using several criteria, including minimum number of bedrooms and maximum rent. For those with internet access, this will eliminate telephone calls, fax, mail, and/or trips to the EMRHA office. Additionally, it makes the listings easily accessible from anywhere in the world.
