How to Navigate the List

Depending on how many records are available and which page you are looking at in the list, some navigation buttons may not be available. If you are already looking at the first page of the list, the First Page button is unavailable, etc.

First Page	First Page: Loads the first page of the list. Shortcut: ALT-F, ENTER.
Previous Page	Loads the previous page (if available) of the list. Shortcut: ALT-P, ENTER.
Next Page	Loads the next page (if available) of the list. Shortcut: ALT-N, ENTER.
Last Page	Loads the last page of thelist. Shortcut: ALT-L, ENTER.

How to Sort the List

The list may be sorted by any column desired simply by clicking on the name of the column in the list heading.

1. Click once to sort a column in ascending order.
2. Click again to sort in descending order.

How to Edit a Record

1. Find the record you wish to edit in list.
2. Click on the record you wish to edit.

If the record you wish to edit is not listed...	Please use the list navigation buttons (previous page, next page, etc.) which are located above and below the list to find the record. Optionally, search for the record.

How to Add a Record

1. Click on the Add button.
2. Fill out the Add form.
3. Save the new record.

How to Delete a Record

1. Find the record you wish to delete in the list.
   
   

   If the record you wish to delete is not listed...	Please use the list navigation buttons (previous page, next page, etc.) which are located above and below the list to find the record. Optionally, search for the record.

2. Click on the record you wish to delete.
3. Delete the record with the Delete button on the Edit Record page.

How to Search for a Record

1. Type your keywords into the Search field.
2. Click the Go button.
